Quick Fixes

Most issues on DZap can be resolved by reloading the page or clearing your browser cache.

Resolution Methods

Reload

Press F5 or Ctrl + R (or click the reload button). This is a gentle refresh that preserves cached data.

Hard Reload

Press Ctrl + Shift + R. This clears the page’s cache and re-downloads all elements - useful after updates or bug fixes.

Empty Cache + Hard Reload

Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to clear the entire browser cache across all websites, then reload.

Clear Cache from Site Settings

  1. Click the lock icon next to the URL in your browser
  2. Select Site settings
  3. Click Clear data for DZap.io
  4. Return to the site and press Ctrl + Shift + R

Transaction Failures

Common reasons transactions may fail:
CauseSolution
High network trafficWait and retry during lower congestion
Low liquidityTry a smaller amount or different token pair
Gas exceeding block limitsReduce transaction complexity or wait
High price impact / slippage exceededIncrease slippage tolerance or retry
Retrying a failed transaction often resolves the issue, especially for “high price impact” errors.

  1. Open Developer Tools (Ctrl + Shift + I on Chrome/Windows)
  2. Go to the Console tab and capture any error logs
  3. Raise a ticket on the DZap Discord support channel with your console logs
