This FAQ explains how the points work, how to earn them, and how they power your journey across the DeFi multichain universe. Earning XP Points1. What is the DZap Points System? The DZap XP System rewards users based on engagement—activity, volume, diversity, consistency, and usage of DZap features. Points reset every 30 days and determine your tier and perks. 2. How do I earn XP points? You earn XP in 5 categories:Transactions: Number of txs per month Volume: Value per transaction Products Used: Zap, Bridge, Swap Chain Diversity: Chains used in a month Streaks: Daily activity streaks 3. Stay consistent for daily rewards:0–2 days → +5 pts/day 3–7 days → +10 pts/day 8. What are the user tiers and benefits? Do points reset every month? Yes. Points reset on a rolling 30-day basis. You must maintain your activity to retain or upgrade your tier. 10. Where can I track my points and tier? You can view your current points, tier, and upcoming rewards in the XP Dashboard on your DZap profile. Advanced Questions 11. Can I earn transaction and volume points on the same tx? Yes! Points stack per transaction. For example, a $2,000 transaction (1–10 txs range) earns:+5 pts (transaction) +50 pts (volume) Total: 55 pts 12. Do I get product usage points every time I use a product? No. These are one-time monthly points based on the variety of products used—not frequency. 13. If I do 60 txs, do I get bonus + all tx points? Yes. You earn points based on the tiered structure, plus +50 pts bonus after 50 txs. 14. How do I maximize XP each month? Use all 3 products Transact across 10+ chains Complete 50+ transactions Keep a daily streak Push large-volume txs ($5k+) 15. Do failed or low-value transactions earn points? No. Points are earned only for successful transactions with at least $25 in value. 16. Can I lose my tier if I reduce activity? Yes. Tiers depend on rolling 30-day XP totals. Reduced activity can drop you to a lower tier. 17. Will I be able to view past XP history? Yes. The XP Dashboard will soon include monthly history, past tiers, rewards, and bonus summaries. 18. Are XP points tradable or transferable? No. XP is tied to your wallet and is non-transferable. It reflects your own activity and loyalty. 19. Do chain diversity points stack each month? No. Chain diversity bonuses are awarded once per month based on how many unique chains you used that month. 20. Will there be more benefits in the future? Absolutely.
