Use the right channel so your request reaches the right team. Include your project name, wallet or transaction hash if relevant, chain ID, endpoint, request ID, and screenshots or logs when they help reproduce the issue. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or secrets.

Partnerships and integrations
Email partnerships@dzap.io for wallet integrations, protocol integrations, partner fee discussions, co-marketing, press kits, and brand approvals. Include expected request volume, target chains, user flow, launch timeline, and the DZap surfaces you plan to use.
Security
For vulnerability reports, include the affected contract, API endpoint, reproduction steps, impact, and any transaction hashes. Start from Security and audits so the report includes enough technical detail for triage.
