Privacy Policy
DZap is DeFi infrastructure. The product uses public blockchain data and technical telemetry to quote routes, build transactions, track status, protect service reliability, and support users. DZap does not ask for private keys or seed phrases and you should never send them to DZap support, agents, or community channels.Information we process
DZap may process public wallet addresses, chain IDs, token addresses, transaction hashes, route selections, quote parameters, request metadata, device and usage analytics, support messages, and integration details shared by partners. User-created strategies and integration designs remain the user’s or partner’s responsibility and intellectual property unless a separate agreement says otherwise.How data is used
Data is used to provide quotes, build transactions, monitor status, enforce rate limits, debug errors, improve documentation, detect abuse, and support partner integrations. DZap may use aggregated or anonymized analytics to understand performance and reliability.Third-party providers
DZap may rely on infrastructure and analytics providers such as RPC providers, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and analytics services. Those providers may process technical metadata under their own policies.Data sharing
DZap does not sell personal data. Transaction data that is public on-chain may be visible to anyone through blockchain explorers. Support data may be shared with service providers only when needed to resolve requests, operate the service, comply with law, or protect users and infrastructure.Contact
